Our Head Chef James Fry honed his culinary skills in kitchens around the world, including Donavan’s in St Kilda Australia, from the ski resorts of Vail to Rules the oldest restaurant in London and now he’s here in the Albany creating delicious dishes for you to devour!

Our Menu consists of old favourite’s (Our Albany burger is a permanent fixture) and seasonal dishes which change frequently.

Nearly everything on our menus is made in house using the finest quality ingredients James can lay his hands on. (At the moment we don’t make our bread & fries but instead source them from people we know do it well).

James is passionate about serving traditional food, often with his own personal twist and enjoys choosing what scrummy dish he’s going to put on next.

We can also cater for personal and business events, creating bespoke menus with our customers to suit their requirements & budgets.
